Rami Baitiéh, Executive Director Carrefour France & Member of Carrefour Group Executive Committee
Rami Baitieh is a graduate of the Compiègne Ecole Supérieure de Commerce business school. He holds two MBAs, from the University of Québec and the Warsaw central business school. He joined the Carrefour Group in 1995 and has served in various roles, first in stores, then in the Merchandise, IT and Supply Chain Departments in France, Romania and Poland. He was appointed Executive Director of Carrefour Taiwan in February 2015, then Executive Director of Carrefour Argentina in January 2018. He was appointed Executive Director of Carrefour Spain in May 2019, then of Carrefour France in July 2020.

Claire Wardle, General Counsel and Company Secretary, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners
Claire is the General Counsel and Company Secretary and member of the Executive Leadership Team of Coca-Cola European Partners plc since June 2016, now Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, leading risk, compliance, security and legal teams across 29 countries.
Previously she was General Counsel and Company Secretary of Kingfisher plc, Commercial Director of Tube Lines plc, Head of Legal at Post Office. Currently NED at The City of London Investment Trust plc and Modern Pentathlon Great Britain, previous board memberships include Basketball England (chair), encryption and digital signatures, sheltered housing and retail.
Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch, Executive Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources & Business Services, Nestlé S.A.
Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch has a passion for people, corporate values, diversity and inclusion. She is strongly focused on ensuring a workplace where each and every employee is respected, accepted and understood.
Béatrice joined the Nestlé family in 2013 as Vice President, Regional Manager of the former Zone EMENA (Europe, Middle East and North Africa), based in Switzerland. She served as CEO of Nestlé Germany AG from 2015 to 2018. In January 2019, Béatrice was appointed Executive Vice President in charge of Group Human Resources, Business Services and Information Technology. In this role, she is focused on making Nestlé an even better place to work and on providing the 270,000 employees across 186 countries with the resources they need to serve consumers better every day.
As a representative of Nestlé, she is a Board member of L'Oréal S.A., France, and member of its audit committee.
Veronika Pountcheva, Senior Vice President Corporate Responsibility METRO AG / CO-CEO NX-Food GmbH & LEAD Network Advisory Board Chair
As Senior Vice President Corporate Responsibility of METRO AG, Sofia-born Veronika Pountcheva leads the sustainability strategy of the international wholesale and food specialist. Veronika has more than 20 years of experience in wholesale, being Managing Director of various METRO companies. She is an acting Co-Chair of the Human Rights Coalition of the Consumer Goods Forum and serves at the Board of Amfori BSCI. Veronika is passionate about environmental and societal change hence she works on building strong partnerships with business partners, investor community and NGOs for sustainable societal and environmental transformation. She supports food innovation as startup business angel.
Furthermore, as Chair of the Advisory Board of LEAD Network she advocates for diversity in the consumer goods and retail sectors.
Pankaj Bhalla, Senior Vice President Grooming, Procter & Gamble
Pankaj Bhalla leads P&G’s US$ 3 Billion Europe Grooming business. In his current role, Pankaj is responsible for Sales, Profit, Value creation, Market Share, Innovation, Communication and Commercial selling for all 10 European market clusters covering Western, Central, Eastern Europe, Turkey & Israel. He leads a multi-functional team of over 300 employees, serving over 100 million consumers leading grooming brands that enjoy leadership positions, regionally and globally.
His interests include sustainability, applied economics & anthropology. He is a guest speaker at Harvard and a lecturer of consumer behavior at his Alma-mater. He is also a keen traveler having visited 83 countries, in addition to having lived in 11 different ones. Pankaj now lives in Geneva, Switzerland, with his son and wife.
Olena Vdovychenko, Chief Executive Officer, METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine Ltd
Olena Vdovychenko was appointed Chief Executive Officer in May 2021.
She started her career with METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine in September 2005 and held various positions in Logistics and Supply Chain. In November 2013 she was appointed as Head of Supply Chain MCC Ukraine, followed by the responsibility as Head of Food in October 2015, before taking over Deputy Director Offer Management in July 2017.
In May 2018 Olena was promoted to the position of Offer Management Director, followed by the responsibility as Sales Director as of October 2020.
During these positions, Olena, together with the team, achieved important results: implemented a process of reengineering and defined a strategy for the development of own brands, which, in turn, increased overall sales by 20% and own brands sales by 56% compared to the previous year; own production has become the number one supplier with sales growth of 100% and EBITDA +11%; launched the Fermove project, which allowed to offer our customers quality products from local farmers etc.
Katie Moran, EMEA Sector Leader- Baby Child Care, Kimberly-Clark
Katie Moran - Marketing Leader and mother of 3 young boys. Katie currently leads Kimberly-Clark’s Personal Care business for Europe, Middle East, Africa. During her time at Kimberly-Clark Katie has led the Baby & Childcare and Adult & Feminine care business in global and regional roles, driving breakthrough innovation, award winning content and captivating design. Before KC she was a senior partner at Ogilvy and Mather.
Matt Close, President Ice Cream, Unilever
Matt Close is a passionate leader to drive E, D&I agenda internally and externally by being a role mode (dad of 3 grown up daughters), mentoring & sponsoring many female talents across industry. He values diversity and inclusion by hiring people from different backgrounds, cultures, and ensures their career progression by investing in them and giving them a voice at the table & belonging feel.
He has pioneered a programme called ‘#Unstereotype: Leadership for Purpose and Performance’ with his leadership to explore how we can be more inclusive, remove unconscious bias, have fearless conversations and create a safe space for everyone.
Stéphane Grenier, Managing Director Advertising France, Amazon
Stéphane Grenier is Managing Director of Advertising at Amazon France since 2018.
In this position he and his team support advertisers and their agencies in the development of their brands and the digital transformation of their organisations.
Stéphane spent 16 years at L’Oréal in different functions in Marketing and general management in France, the Philippines, South-Africa and Italy. He then became CEO of Miller Harris and of Murdock London in the UK before joining in 2016 the Amazon France team as Category Director.
